Winneshiek County voters back Obama for president

Winneshiek County was strongly Democratic Tuesday in its choice of presidential candidates.
56 percent of county residents voted for President Obama, with 42 percent voting for former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney. 204 votes were cast for a variety of other presidential candidates.
