NICC to offer class on decorative jewelry

NICC Business and Community Solutions is offering a class in Decorah on making your own jewelry.  "Sparkling Party Jewelry"  (#13461) will be offered from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 28th in Decorah.

Choose from Ann's Highum's extensive bead and crystal assortment to craft one-of-a-kind pieces while enjoying a glass of wine (if you are 21 years or older) in the comfort of her home.
