


23-year-old Daniel Wildman of Cresco will go on trial January 9th on three counts of attempted murder.
Wildman is accused at shooting a 12-gauge shotgun at a group of people outside a house in Calmar. In addition to the three counts of attempted murder, he faces one count of intimidation and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. The charges carry a maximum penalty of more than 75 years in prison if all the sentences would run consecutively.
A pretrial heading will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 26th.
Wildman is currently being held in jail on a $225,000 bond. .
