


A trial has been scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 19th, for two Decorah residents facing criminal charges in connection with a meth lab allegedly being operated in their hotel room.
24-year-old Maegan Bakken of Decorah and 48-year-old Jon Olson of Decorah each face four criminal charges. Bakken and Olson are charged with Manufacture of Methamphetamine (a class C felony); Possession of Drug Precursor Lithium with Intent to Manufacture (Class D Felony); Possession of Drug Precursor Ephedrine With Intent to Manufacture (Class D felony); and Possession of Drug Precursor Anhydrous Ammonia with Intent to Manufacture (Class D felony).
