UPDATE: La Crosse man injured in motorcycle accident on Big Canoe Road

A La Crosse, Wisconsin man was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center following a traffic accident on Big Canoe Road Sunday afternoon.

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies say 47-year-old Du Wayne Goldbeck lost control of his motorcycle on a curve, entered a ditch and rolled the motorcycle.

Other motorists came upon the accident and called 9-1-1 while rendering first aid to Goldbeck, who was not wearing a motorcycle helmet.

Goldbeck was taken by ambulance to Winneshiek Medical Center with possible broken bones.
