


A Decorah man has changed his mind and is requesting a jury trial on the charges filed against him.
James Bachmurski faces one Class D felony charge of child endangerment for allegedly kicking one of his sons on the son's leg. Bachmurski also faces two first degree harassment charges for other incidents involving his two sons.
Bachmurski originally was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, but instead the case will be heard by a jury starting at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 3rd.
