Fall enrollment will likely be down at NICC

Fall term enrollment at Northeast Iowa Community College is expected to be down from last fall. according to college officials.

The number of fall students is down approximately eight percent, while the number of credit hours being taken is down 6.5 percent.

NICC staff members are continuing to work to get enrollments completed for high school contracted classes and to assist students who are late enrolling as classes begin.  NICC officials say that might improve fall enrollment figures.
