One week delay granted in case of a Decorah man accused of kicking one of his sons

A court appearance for a Decorah man has been postponed until Tuesday, August 29th.

James Bachmurski faces one Class D felony charge of child endangerment for allegedly kicking one of his sons on the son's leg. Bachmurski also faces two first degree harassment charges for other incidents involving his two sons.

Bachmurski originally was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, but a judge granted a motion for a one week delay.
