Des Moines architect David Harrison will visit Thursday night's meeting of the Decorah Parks and Recreation Board. Board members will meet with Harrison at 7:00 p.m. at the City Council Chambers at City Hall for a discussion about a community recreational center.
Harrison has been with Design Alliance, Inc., and its predecessor firm for more than 12 years. He has a variety of project experience, including educational, university, recreational, laboratory, office, correctional, maintenance, and housing projects.
In addition to meeting with Harrison, the Park-Rec Board on Thursday will discuss an appraisal of property for a possible park near Vennehjem and will get a report on the Trout Run Trail.
