Two people injured in Sunday night crash on Middle Ossian Road

22-year-old Justin Young of Decorah failed to negotiate a curve on Middle Ossian Road around 10:30 Sunday night.  As a result, Young's car left the roadway, entered a ditch and overturned.

Young and a passenger in his car--22-year-old Adam Nelson--were taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by ambulance.  Young was admitted and is listed in stable condition.  Nelson was taken to Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, where he is also listed in stable condition.

Young's Jeep was a total loss.  Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies say charges are pending against Young.
