Northeast Iowa's roaming black bear appears to have roamed back into Winneshiek County.
The bear--which was spotted near Ridgeway a few weeks ago, but then was seen near Fredericksburg--was spotted by several people Wednesday near the Wal-Mart supercenter in Decorah.
Decorah Police are warning the public they should NOT approach the black bear. Police are asking people to notify the Decorah POlice Department at 382-3667 if the black bear moves into residential areas.
