The next Chief Administrative Officer of Winneshiek Medical Center will be a woman with more than 25 years of experience in health care administration--if the candidate accepts the job offer.

Hospital board members on Wednesday approved offering the position to their top candidate.  "Four very strong candidates" were interviewed for the hospital's top job, according to WMC Board president Ben Wyatt.  Three members of the hospital board selected one candidate as their top choice--and the full board on Wednesday approved the choice.
