Improvements have been made at Whalen Cabin

Whalen Cabin has a new look.

The Decorah Park-Rec Department has replaced the windows at the cabin with new, energy-efficient windows.  It is also paying to build a larger restroom in the cabin.  The improvements are designed to improve the experience of the many groups that use the cabin to hold picnics.
