Decorah Police make public intoxication arrest

A Lake Forest, Illinois man has been arrested on publicintoxication charges.
Decorah Police say they were called to the College Drivearea last Friday night to investigate a report of a male who had fallen downnumerous times. Police found 21-year-old Andrew Meland to be intoxicatedand arrested him for second offense public intoxication.
