Decorah's city budget may be amended

The City of Decorah's 2012-2013 budget could be getting amended.

The Decorah City Council will hold a public hearing May 7th at 7:45 p.m. on an amended city budget.  Projected city revenue would go up $268,266 under the amended budget, due in large part to grant revenue and special projects.

Projected city expenses would go up $2,111,193.  $1,958,542 of that amount would be due to the Trout Run Trail, the TRT bridge and Water Street Park.
