Bachmurski will stand trial May 2nd

A trial date of May 2nd has been set for a Decorah man facing three criminal charges.

James Bachmurski faces a Class D felony charge of child harassment for allegedly kicking a child on the leg.  Bachmurski also faces a charge of first degree harassment for allegedly pointing a hunting rifle at a child and threatening him.  A third charge, another count of first degree harassment, has now been filed in the case as well.
