Winneshiek Medical Center recorded a net gain of $27,6891 in February--thanks to $64,531 in non-operating revenues.
Chief Financial Officer Lynn Luloff says a drop in inpatient admissions during February depressed the hospital's revenues. For the fiscal year, net patient service revenue at the hospital is more than $3 million below budget, when the net gain of $357,563 is 75 percent lower than the budgeted gain of $1,711,248.
