Ask Mr. Answer Person: When is a working person supposed to use the city's Yard Waste Site?

Lisa e-mails Mr. Answer Person: "The yard waste site is open from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on weekdays.  When isa working person supposed to take yard waste over there?  I have waste to dumpwith no place to put it."

Mr. Answer Person says: "Your e-mail is timely, Lisa.  The 8am to 3pm hours were just for the first couple of weeks of operation of the yard waste site.  Starting this Wednesday, April 4th, the Yard Waste Site will operate on its regular hours.  That means it will be open from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and from 8:00 a.m. until noon on Saturdays.

The other bit of news from the Yard Waste Site is that they will have a loader on the premises later in April--more details as that event gets closer.
