Decorah man faces serious assault charge

Decorah Police have released details of an arrest they made on Saturday.

Police were called to 703 Ridgewood Drive by the report of an assault around 7:30 p.m. Saturday.  They discovered the victim had received abrasions, bruises and scratches as a result of being attacked "multiple times."

33-year-old Jacob Frana was arrested and charged with "serious assault."
