Third charge filed against James Bachmurski of Decorah

A Decorah man is scheduled to appear in court Thursday, now on three charges.

Two charges were filed earlier against James Bachmurski of rural Decorah, but now a third charge has been added.

Bachmurski faces a Class D felony charge of child harassment for allegedly kicking a child on the leg.  Bachmurski also faces a charge of first degree harassment for allegedly pointing a hunting rifle at a child and threatening him.  A third charge, another count of first degree harassment, has now been filed in the case as well.

Bachmurski is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on the charges on Thursday.
