City council members to tour county recycling center

Decorah City Council members will take a tour of the Winneshiek County Recycling Center in Freeport on Thursday.  The tour wiull begin at 2:00 p.m.

No action is expected at the tour, but city council members want to take a look at the facilities in light of their discussions about possible curbside recycling service in Decorah.
