


There will be an open spot on the Winneshiek Medical Center Board of Trustees this fall.
Current Trustee Arlene Houlihan--whose spot on the board comes up for election this November--tells decorahnews.com she intends to retire from the board. Houlihan says "It's time for someone else to take a turn."
Houlihan is vice chair of the hospital board and has served on the board for 13 years.
