Sheriff's deputies make drunk driving arrest

Winneshiek County Sheriff's Deputies have issued a charge of Operating While Intoxicated after discovering a vehicle in the ditch on Middle Ossian Road early Thursday morning.

The Sheriff's Department says deputies found the driver--Cody Alan Grant--at the scene of the accident.  Grant agreed to take a field sobriety test--and failed it, according to deputies.

He was taken into custody on the drunk driving charge and spent the night in the Winneshiek County Jail.
