Decorah School Wellness Team offering "Move to Beat the Winter Blues" workshop

The Decorah School Wellness Team has begun accepting registrations for a workshop later this month.  The workshop is the latest in a series of workshops organized to promote community health and wellness.

"Move to Beat the Winter Blues" will be held from 3:00 p.m. until 5:30 p.m. Sunday, January 22nd, at Decorah Middle School.  

The workshop will feature activities that are safe and fun to do in the winter, both inside and outside, all of which give kids a chance to be physically active together.  It will include a homemade meal, as well as childcare for children younger than two.  There will be door prizes including cooking and outdoor equipment.
