Decorah restaurant has closed

Decorah's Americana Grille, located in the Pyramid Plaza, has closed its doors.

The restaurant had been open for 9 years.  However, its owner, Jerry Dean, has been fighting cancer.  A sign on the business' door says Dean has left Decorah to live with his family while he tries to get his health back.

The sign thanked the Decorah community for its support during the past nine years.
