Decorah police make arrest for public intoxication

Decorah Police say they were called to the Corner Bar early Friday morning to handle a drunk and disorderly patron.

Police arrived on the scene and identified 31-year-old Justin Patterson of Victor, Iowa as the individual causing the problems.  He was arrested and charged with third offense public intoxication.
