Winneshiek Medical Center showed a net operating loss of $167,302 in September, according to WMC Chief Financial Officer Lyn Luloff.
The hospital had net patient service revenues of $3,213,096 in September. Luloff says the figure represented a decline in revenue from same day services, especially surgeries. While expenses were also down in September, the lower revenues meant a net loss of $135,687 for the month, after non-operating revenues were added.
