The Gundersen Lutheran-Decorah Clinic has hired a new psychiatrist.
Dr. Lalit Gupta joins psychiatrists Dr. Jason Maret and Dr. Kevin Quinn in providing psychiatric medical services at the Gundersen Lutheran – Decorah Clinic.
A native of Bombay, India, Dr. Gupta received his medical degree from Seth G.S. Medical College, Bombay, India, and performed his Psychiatry Residency at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, Bombay, India; and at Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.
After spending four years practicing in Rochester, Dr. Gupta wanted to move to a smaller community. "Two psychiatrists, who now work for Gundersen Lutheran, were residents with me. They said this is a great place to work. I was very pleased when this opportunity came up in Decorah," comments Dr. Gupta.
At Gundersen Lutheran-Decorah Clinic, Dr. Gupta will be caring for adults who have emotional and behavioral concerns.
