NICC's Continuing Education department will offer two classes for insurance professionals who need to earn their insurance re-licensing. "Identifying Customer Needs" is a 3-hour re-licensing course that will focus on some of the methods that producers can use to determine customers' needs, including checklists and surveys, policy comparisons and physical inspections. The class will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, from noon until 2:50 p.m. on the Calmar campus. Both business owners and producers will recognize the importance of protecting the home-based business and the small business owners' assets in a second class, "Insuring the Small Business Home and Away." This class fulfills 3-hour re-licensing requirements and will be held on Thursday, November 3rd, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:50 p.m. on the Calmar Campus.
NICC is hosting the coursework in conjunction with Community Educators, LLC. For more information or to register for these insurance classes, contact Community Educators at (800) 747-7574.
