The City of Decorah has agreed to lease a small piece of property it owns behind Park Street to AT & T. The communications companywill pay $6,000 a yearto the city.
One of the factors that contributed to city officials approving plans for the tower was that it will be "co-located" witha tower owned by NEIT. The city's Planning & Zoning Commission has been pushing in recent years to get towers co-located.
