The good news continues to pour in for the owners of Centrum Plaza, which is showing signs of recovering from the loss of the Wal-Mart supercenter in 2004.
On the heels on the opening of Winneshiek True Value in part of the former Wal-Mart location and the start of construction of the VA Outpatient Clinic in another part of the old Wal-Mart, a third business will move into the former store soon.
Manpower Incorporated has announced it will close its offices at 1111 Paine Street on Wednesday, August 31st--and will open the next day in the former Wal-Mart supercenter space. Employees of the business say Manpower will be moving into a space that shares the entrance for the new VA Outpatient Clinic. The new office for Manpower will have a lot more space than their current offices.
