The visit of President Barack Obama to Decorah has allowed decorahnews.com to set all-time readership records.

Our readers visited the website 8,349 times on Monday—a new record—which brought the total number of visits for the previous month to 113,343—also a record.  Stories about the President's visit were four out of the top five most-read stories on decorahnews.com, with a story about the bald eagle GPS transmitter also joining the list.
