Another reader comment on bike lane markings

CS White e-mails: "I feel bikers over the age of 18 should need to license each bike in the state of Iowa to help with all the money that's been thrown at all the bike trails etc.  When a lemonade  stand needs a permit and a motorless canoe needs a license, why are bikes exempt?
