Decorah Police Chief Bill Nixon says his department won't have any additional comment to make about the death of Luther College student Nabby Baffour-Awuah beyond what they said in February.
Decorah police announced in February that Baffour-Awuah died of hypothermia in freezing temperatures after he was locked out of his dormitory following a night of drinking at an off-campus party.
On Wednesday his family issued a statement calling the ruling "an insult to the known facts, the memory of Nabby, and to this family." They said they believe his death was not an accident.
