Winneshiek County supervisors will be asked Monday morning to approve an extension of the Quandahl-Wiltgen Conditional Use Permit for a quarry in northern Winneshiek County. The original permit faced opposition from neighbors. County Planning & Zoning Administrator Tony Phillips says he received dust complaints originally from neighbors, but not recently.
The discussion will be part of the 9:30 a.m. supervisors meeting, which will also include a discussion by County Engineer Lee Bjerke of the Road Workers Union contract and other road matters.
