Paul e-mails Mr. Answer Person: "I see the I-JOBS sign at the sight of the new Decorah welcome sign has been replaced by a sign advertising retail property for sale. A little tacky on the part of the property owners, isn't it?"
Actually, it is Mr. Answer Person's understanding that the State of Iowa requires the posting of the I-Jobs sign in exchange for giving a grant to the project, so replacing the I-Jobs sign with a "Property For Sale" sign might qualify as more than just tacky--it might put the grant at risk.
