Decorah Police release 9-1-1 tapes of Nabby Baffour's call

The Decorah Police Department has released to Associated Press a copy of the call made January 1st by Luther College student "Nabby" Baffour-Awuah.  Baffour died of hypothermia and exposure after being locked out of his dormitory following a night of drinking.

The department 's audio shows Baffour-Awuah told the dispatcher he was at Luther College and needed help.  However, Baffour-Awuah struggled to tell a dispatcher where he was located.  The dispatcher pressed him to be more specific, but could not understand his attempts to do so.
