16 students have completed the one-day babysitter's training course offered at Winneshiek Medical Center.

The course offers a guide to leadership and prepares students to face the challenge of babysitting.  Students learn skills every parent is looking for in a babysitter.  From first aid to sound decision making, they should be prepared to handle situations that may happen on the job.

More one-day babysitter's training classes are scheduled later this summer--register or get more information by calling (563) 387-3036.  Classes are held from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on the lower level of Winneshiek Medical Center.  Class cost is $25.
