County union grievances to be settled by an arbitrator

Two grievances filed by the Winneshiek County road workers union against the county are heading for arbitration. 

One complaint involves a workers compensation issue.  The other complaint involves an insurance question.  An arbitrator will hear testimny about both issues, then will issue a ruling in both matters.
