Mr. Park/Rec Answer Person says: Decorah Park/Rec Director Rick Edwards says his department has completed work on reinstalling one of the bridges in the park. That means there are now three functioning bridges in the park. A fourth bridge that was washed out in the flooding of 2008 will NOT be reinstalled, but Edwards says that's because there's a different path that can be taken to that portion of Twin Springs Park.
