Castalia man ticketed following Decorah accident

59-year-old Charles Berg of Castalia has been ticketed for a stop sign violation following a two-car crash at Montgomery Street and East Broadway.

Police say Berg pulled out from the stop sign on Broadway and struck the side of a car driven by 79-year-old Colleeen Askelson of Decorah, causing a total of $3,300 in damages. Neither driver was injured.
