West Union resident injured in Highway 150 accident in Winneshiek County

A West Union man was injured around 2:00 Tuesday afternoon when his car went out of control on Highway 150 one mile south of Calmar. Police say 29-year-old Josh Hennessey was heading north when a tire on his car blew out. The vehicle entered a ditch and rolled over several times.

Hennessey was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by the Winneshiek County Ambulance Service.
