


A Decorah teenager was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center Monday night following an accident on Locust Road. Caleb Deemer was a passenger in a car driven by 18-year-old Maddison McCann of Decorah. McCann's car skidded out of control while northbound on Locust Road around 5:40 p.m. Monday, entering a ditch after turning backwards.
Deemer was taken to Winneshiek Medical Center by private car. He was treated for injuries, then released.
