Decorah schools schedule two hour early dismissal for March 23rd

The Decorah School Board has approved the addition of a two hour early dismissal on Wednesday, March 23rd, for professional development for teachers.  The change was made because an early dismissal scheduled for February 2nd was lost because of inclement weather.
