110 Decorah HS speech students are heading to All-State

Approximately 110 Decorah High School students will make the trip to Ames on February 19th to perform at the All-State Speech Festival at the Iowa State Center on the ISU campus.  10 groups received outstanding ballots and received a nomination to be part of the festival, which will include performances by the best speech students from across the state of Iowa.  Complete results and programs can be found on the IHSSA website at www.ihssa.org.

DHS Varsity speech groups receiving performance nominations were readers theater, choral reading, one-act play, one ensemble acting, two musical theaters, and television news. Cast lists for those groups are as follows:
