Woman gets charged with tampering with a witness

Decorah Police have filed charges against a Decorah teenager for allegedly tampering with a witness.

Police say 16-year-old Elizabeth Cepeda was arrested last year for selling pharmaceuticals without a license. She allegedly made comments to another person who was to appear with her in court on the charges.

Cepeda now faces the additional charge of Tampering with a Witness. She will be referred to the Juvenile Court on the latest charge.
