Two arrested on public intoxication charges

Decorah Police have arrested two people on public intoxication charges. Police say they discovered 19-year-old Sebastian Torres of Decroah in the Bank of the West parking lot. In a separate arrest , 41-year-old Jason Schwarz was arrested for public intoxication after he was found lying in the roadway of Riverside Drive.
