Four given tickets for loud party

Decorah Police ticketed four people over the weekend on charges of keeping a disorderly house.

Police say the residents at 305 Iowa Avenue had been warned previously about loud parties.  Police were called to the house again Saturday night and could hear noise all the way into the street.  They cited 21-year-old Hannah Wright, 21-year-old Joseph Thompson, 21-year-old Kathleen Korndoerfer and 22-year-old Carl Lottman with keeping a disorderly house.
