Decorah Regional Arts Council (DRAC) has a new name

Decorah's Robin Shone Hengesteg submitted the winning name "Driftless Art Collective," or D.ART Co. for short. Hengesteg, an artist herself, won a prize package worth more than $1,000 filled with arts and culture related experiences around the region, including hotel and B&B stays, gift certificates, restaurant vouchers, and more.
