Dip in the pool leads to criminal charges against three people

A passerby noticed three people climbing the fence to the Decorah Municipal Swimming Pool around 2:15 Sunday morning--and contacted Decorah Police.

Officer arrived and found three people inside.  25-year-old Matthew Less of Dubuque, 21-year-old Adam Steadland of White Bear Lake, Minnesota and 20-year-old Kelsey Steadland, also of White Bear Lake, were arrested and taken to the Winneshiek County Jail.  Kelsey and Adam Steadland later posted a bond and were released.
